About the event
Beginner level yoga class for those who identify as male.
Clothing optional class, be as comfortable as you like.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class start time.
We will combine different yoga styles, live music, and hands on adjustments during each class.
After class we provide refreshments and invite you to stay and connect with others.
Please bring with you a yoga mat, water bottle, gym towel, and open mind.
